Uttarakhand State Tourism is a private, founder-run tour company based in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. Despite what our name might suggest, we are not a government body — we are Uttarakhand locals who plan and run journeys in our own home state, and we say so plainly on every page.
Our focus is the Adi Kailash & Om Parvat Yatra — the permits, the acclimatisation, the road realities of the Vyas Valley — along with treks and hill-station holidays across Kumaon and Garhwal. The company was founded by Himanshu, an Uttarakhand local based in Pithoragarh. He plans every Adi Kailash departure and answers the WhatsApp line personally — the person who confirms your booking is the person running your trip. No call centre, no hand-offs.
