Uttarakhand State Tourism is a private tour operator based in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. These terms apply to bookings made with us via WhatsApp or phone.

Bookings and payment

• All bookings are confirmed in conversation on WhatsApp. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing in the chat.
• Payment is collected offline (UPI or bank transfer as agreed in chat). This website takes no payments.
• Prices shown on the site are "starting from, per person" and indicative; the final quote is the one confirmed in your chat.
• Departure dates and seat counts on the site are updated manually and are indicative until confirmed on WhatsApp.

Itineraries and conditions

• Himalayan itineraries are subject to weather, road conditions, permits, and administrative decisions. Route changes made for safety are not a deficiency of service.
• High-altitude trips require basic medical fitness. Travellers must disclose relevant medical conditions before booking.
• Inner Line Permit issuance rests with the authorities; we assist with the process but cannot guarantee issuance.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are agreed per booking and confirmed in writing in your WhatsApp chat before any payment is made.
